1) NAME
2) Reason
3) Proofs
4) IP - not necessary
5) GUID - not necessary
This is our simple rules.
About proofs. If you got some hacker you should be sure that on video enought proofs before you post it here.
If you want to join admins, then report few hackers. So we can decide you good or not.
