| telling that someone is cheating not allowed. you got kicked for that. then you were banned for 3 hours coz of bad behavior. there is no differenc you want to be admin or not. If you suspect someone is cheating you can use: /!toadmins text or !vk cheaters_name . No need to flame like "That guy is cheating". its much better if you telling like "Hey admin, NameHere (for example) is using WH", and way better if you sending it in private message so hacker will not know that he is suspected.
wanna be admin? it costs 5 euro.
