Static IP means that you have only 1 IP. you could be anybody, maybe you ex hacker or even banned admin.. who knows?!
static IP means that i could ban admin if he abuse or cheating.

no problem man , but i can put RX ?? and that because i play on multiple PCs (Father pc brother pc .... xD)

actually it shows that you playing on One PC. at least GUID is same, but IP is different. anyway, you dont seems like trusted persn, sorry.
